Neurologic Recode Live Workshop

Live, high-intensity learning experiences designed to transform powerful ideas into usable systems for thought, decision-making, communication and execution.

These workshops are for professionals, founders, leaders and ambitious individuals who do not need more motivation

—they need better architecture. Each experience takes a central Neurologic Recode principle and converts it into a practical

framework you can apply to your career, relationships, business decisions and everyday life.

REALITY ENGINEERING:

THE PREFERRED REALITY ARCHITECTURE FRAMEWORK

How High Performers Turn Dead Ends Into Design Opportunities

High performers do not automatically accept the first version

of reality presented to them. They investigate it.

They understand that a rejection, restriction, failed plan or

apparent dead end may represent only the current

configuration of people, incentives, systems and processes

—not the only configuration available.

Reality Engineering is Pooja Adik's original framework for

navigating those configurations deliberately.

It is an operating map for how high performers think inside uncertainty: how they separate destinations from routes, identify hidden variables, challenge premature finality and convert abstract possibilities into executable next steps.

This is not wishful thinking, denial or pretending that constraints

do not exist. It is the disciplined practice of understanding constraints precisely enough to influence them because the world’s default answer to unfamiliarity is often “no.”

People mistake what has not been attempted for what cannot be done. They confuse convention with requirement,

one available route with the destination, and the first answer

with the final reality.

High performers think differently.

They ask:

What is actually fixed—and what merely appears fixed?

Who has the authority to change this?

What incentive, assumption or bottleneck is producing the current answer?

What would need to move for another outcome to become executable?

Inside this two-hour live workshop, you will learn the five principles of Preferred Reality Architecture:

  1. REALITY IS A DRAFT

Learn to distinguish a true requirement from a default presented

as one. You will examine how assumptions, incentives and unfamiliarity create false limits—and why the first configuration of reality is rarely the only configuration available.

  1. DEFINE THE PREFERRED REALITY

Enter design mode by defining the destination before becoming attached to the path. You will learn to separate the desired

outcome from the mechanism currently being used to reach it, identify what is non-negotiable and generate alternative

architectures around what remains flexible.

Be loyal to the destination—not emotionally attached to one route.

  1. RECALCULATE THE VALUE EQUATION

Fear calculates the cost of acting while frequently ignoring the

cost of remaining still. Through perception recalibration,

you will learn to evaluate all sides of a decision:

What could I lose by acting?

What could I gain by acting?

What will I lose by not acting?

This turns avoidance from an invisible default into a measurable decision—and voluntary discomfort into an instrument for building confidence, competence, evidence and leverage.

  1. ENGINEER THE CONSTRAINT

Deconstruct an obstacle into the variables producing it.

Learn how to locate hidden levers involving authority, incentives, timing, budgets, processes, geography, communication and

available pathways.

From compensation negotiations and rejected applications to business pivots and large-scale international systems,

the principle remains the same: isolate the destination, locate the precise constraint and expand the solution space.

  1. ARCHITECT THE CONVERSATION AND COURSE-CORRECT

Every conversation either expands or contracts what becomes possible next.

You will learn how to replace vague requests with executable proposals, reduce the cognitive burden on decision-makers,

introduce productive alternatives and guide attention toward solutions. You will also learn how to treat failure as design

feedback by identifying what failed, what remained valuable,

which assumption was disproven and what variable should

change next.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH

• A repeatable method for turning rejection into investigation

• A system for separating destinations from routes

• A framework for finding hidden variables inside obstacles

• A practical tool for recalibrating risk, reward and avoidance

• A stronger method for influencing conversations without manipulation

• A course-correction process for transforming failure into

usable design intelligence

• A new way to operate when the path forward is unclear

Reality Architecture applies wherever people, systems,

incentives and decisions shape outcomes—from everyday conversations to careers, negotiations, entrepreneurship, organizational leadership and global strategy.

The goal is not to control every circumstance.

The goal is to become capable of recognizing where influence is possible—and architecting the next move.
